He brings down the wicked to the ground.

⁷^(B)Sing to the Lord with thanksgiving;
Sing praises to our God on the lyre,
⁸Who ^(C)covers the heavens with clouds,
Who ^(D)provides rain for the earth,
Who ^(E)makes grass to ^[b]grow on the mountains.
